Return Policy

  • We understand that sometimes things don't work out. In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, the customer is responsible to pay all costs to return the item due to item not fitting, change of mind, or incorrect ordering. Brinley Co will cover return shipping charged for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments. 
  • Please contact customercare@brinleyco.com if your item is damaged/defective.
  • Return requests must be made within two weeks (14 days) after the arrival of your purchase. Your item must be returned to us UNWORN, and in the ORIGINAL shoe box for a full refund.
  • To Return your order, please email us at customercare@brinleyco.com with your order number within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase and we will provide you with further return instructions. Your item must be unworn and in the original shoe box. Once we approve your return, please be sure to fill out and include the Return Form that we send to you via email, with your return package.
  • To Exchange your order, please use the Contact Us feature or email us at customercare@brinleyco.com with your order number and your requested exchange size and/or color. We will let you know if your requested exchange is in stock and provide you with further exchange instructions! Your item must be returned to us unworn and in the original shoe box.
  • If you would like to exchange your order, we will cover the shipping concessions for the exchange. Once we approve your exchange, please fill out the Return Form that we send to you via email and include it in your return shipment.
